Borgia

I was very taken by the Italian Renaissance during which the Borgia’s were a formidable ecclesiastical and political family of the 14th and 15th centuries. During this period, there was a considerable rebirth of culture and the arts much of which I admire for their taste, style and design.
I chose this faceted ruby with that in mind for a ring.
