We understand that accidents happen, and we will gladly determine if your jewelry is defective or needs repair. If your item requires repair, we will repair your jewelry for a reasonable fee. We are not responsible for any damage to your jewelry due to negligence or abuse.  If our jewelry is modified in any way by another jeweler, we release all responsibility for that piece.
